Our basketball program features skill instruction, fundamentals of basketball, good sportsmanship, and teamwork!  Our coaches are parent volunteers and what makes this program great is that team size is limited to fewer than 10 so kids get the opportunity to learn and play!  This entire 10-week program, for boys and girls grades 2-8, allows players to learn the basics of basketball during recreational play.  Practice/games will be held Saturday mornings at Helen Keller Middle School gym in 1-hour time blocks. Grades 6-8 will be pick up basketball—we will make different teams each week, warm up and play basketball!   A schedule will be distributed prior to program start but will be from 8am-2:00pm with younger teams usually playing at the earlier time blocks.  To coach a team, please contact the office at 268-7200.  Teams and divisions do fill; sign up soon to reserve your spot.

Dates: Saturday, Dec 3 – Feb 18, 2012 (no games 12/24, 12/31)

Fee: Early registration fee of $70—before    November 4

Registrations received after November 4 will be $80

Registrations will not be accepted after November 28^th this year!

Volunteer Coaches Needed

A leagues success always depends on the commitment of volunteer coaches.
